Charlotte’s Art Spirit Journey
Charlotte Bailey Rierson is a Fairfield Bay, Arkansas artist and graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with an emphasis in art. Public profiles describe her life as deeply involved with the arts, first through choreography and teaching dance, and later through watercolor painting.
Her paintings are known for loose, evocative brushwork, layered color, textural experimentation, and emotional presence. She has served not only as a maker of art, but also as a promoter, organizer, teacher, gallery coordinator, and advocate for the arts in Arkansas communities.
Graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with an emphasis in art.
